Hours And Scheduling

POLICIES

I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In my desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

24-48-hour advance notice is required

When canceling or rescheduling an appointment advanced notice is required. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you cannot provide a minimum of 24 hours advance notice you will be charged the full amount of your appointment. This amount must be paid before or at your next scheduled appointment. However, when possible, please provide 48 hours advance notice.

NO-SHOWS
Anyone who forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show” and charged for the “missed” appointment. I show up for you. Please respect my time and show up for your service.

LATE ARRIVALS
If you arrive late, your session will be shortened to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, how much remaining time is left for your treatment will then be determined. Regardless of the length of the treatment given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration please plan accordingly and be on time.  Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to use the restroom if needed.

ETHICS

Please be kind and respect my boundaries. I am here to serve you but if someone makes sexual or uncomfortable comments/gestures, I have the right to refuse service.
